Full Refund up to 7 Days Before Reservation:

  • We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
  • If you cancel your reservation within this period, the total amount paid will be refunded according to the payment method used at the time of booking.

Cancellations After 7 Days:

  • After the 7-day period before the reservation date, no refunds will be possible.
  • Cancellations made after this period are subject to the full charge of the reservation amount.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the deadlines established in our cancellation policy and to act accordingly.
  • We recommend that customers consider purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

Reservation Changes:

  • If you need to change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the available options.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your needs, depending on availability and according to the reservation conditions.

Acceptance of Terms:
